It covers an area of nearly 7,000 square meters and has more than 300 employees. It is a comprehensive company integrating R&D, production and sales. Its main products are various smoking accessories and hemp weed packaging.
Siliclab has a professional R&D and design team that not only develops new products at a high rate, but also offers personalized customization services. Whether a customer requires a customized product or packaging, we respond promptly and provide a solution.
In the whole customization process, customers only need to provide us with ideas, then we can design works that satisfy them. And, our design are free.
We draw 3D drawings for customers free of charge, and don’t take a penny until the customer confirms the mold opening and making the goods. After the customer confirms the 3D drawing, we will make 3D samples to study the possibility of product functions, and ensure that there are no loopholes of the product design before opening the mold. This avoids wasting the customer’s money and time with the need to modify the mold.

We currently have four factories in Dongguan specializing in the production of silicone, plastic, metal, and paper products. We also have a factory in Shenzhen that integrates both manufacturing and trading for customized products. We manufacture and distribute the vast majority of our products in-house, ensuring strict quality control from raw materials to finished product.
In term of production and manufacturing, our company also has its strict requirements. A good horse with a good saddle. Our plastics factory is equipped with 12 injection molding machines with robotic arms; Our metal products factory is equipped with 5 Computerized Numerical Control Machines; And our paper products manufacturing plant is also equipped with more than ten customized machines.
Our silicone factory is equipped with 2 silicone hot pressing production lines and 16 silicone molding machines, which including 200T, 250T, 300T and 350Tmachines 4 sets each. 1 dispensing production line, including 2 automatic dispensing machines, and 1 secondary vulcanization production line, including 2 secondary vulcanization machine, 2 automatic cutting machine, as well as 5 silk screen machines and 5 pad printing machines;
In quality control and packing, there are 20 quality inspection stations and five 10-meter-long packaging lines.
